From healthcare operations to marketing, sales and business development, my vast experience enables me to move healthcare businesses forward. I lead with full P&L accountability and a keen understanding of profitability and EBITDA. I work collaboratively with entrepreneurs and privately held healthcare companies to align vision and execute an action plan that leads to results. You set the pace; I will help you get there.

I actively mentor the founder and CEO of Victory Bridge Foundation, a nonprofit that serves veterans, first responders, and their families.
I enjoy sharing my leadership experience and expertise with speaking engagements. I am passionate about talking about the importance of leadership and team mindset shift to shift profitability.
Born in Iran and raised in London, I have had many rich, multi-cultural experiences. I emigrated to the United States in 1977 and became a U.S. citizen. My father was a physician, which piqued my interest in medicine and motivated me to pursue a career in healthcare management.
Combining my interest in medicine, business, and finance, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communicative Disorders at California State University, Fresno, California, and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Business Administration at Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, California. Additionally, I earned a General Certificate of Education in French at the University of London, England.
